How do Stellar Mystery Drops work?
No code needed! We automatically add mystery jewelry based on your order total (after discounts): • Spend $40-79.99 = 1 Mystery Drop • Spend $80-119.99 = 2 Mystery Drops • Spend $120-159.99 = 3 Mystery Drops. Every additional $40 earns another Drop until a maximum of 5 Drops per order are earned.

What's the value of each Mystery Drop?
Each Stellar Mystery Drop is valued up to $120! These are pieces pulled directly from our current collection - the same pieces you know and love. OR they can be pieces scheduled for launch in 2025 or pulled from our archives.
Does my order total include shipping and taxes?
The $40 threshold is calculated after discounts but can include shipping, taxes, and REDO package protection.
Can I return or exchange my Mystery Drop?
Since Mystery Drops are bonus gifts, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I choose my Mystery Drop style?
The mystery is part of the magic! While we can't accept specific style requests, remember these are genuine, high quality pieces from our current, future, or past collections.
How do returns work with Mystery Drops?
Here's our return policy for orders with Mystery Drops: If you return item(s) that drop your order total below a Mystery Drop threshold, you'll need to return the corresponding Mystery Drop(s) unopened.
Example:
Original order: $85 (after discount) = 2 Mystery Drops. If you return $50 worth, new total = $35 = No Mystery Drops eligible. Therefore, both Mystery Drops would need to be returned unopened.
